Our international team is composed by mature, succesful and experienced leaders who have worked as founders, co-founders or strategic venture partners in start-ups and SME's. They work independently and engage other TiConsilium members when and where necessary. Larger projects and assignments are being evaluated together in order to offer you maximum access to 360 degrees professional know-how and expertise.
Whilst we are both strategic and hands-on we focus on results driven execution. Our entrepreneurial approach with global multinational experience makes the difference as we do not shy away to put ourselves in the driver seat. Every project or assignment (short or long term) is being approached as your strategic partner; we think like your shareholder, act like your managing director and execute like your management team.

Based near Venice - Italy, Filip is the founder of TiConsilium and specialises in start-up management, start-up funding solutions and business development. He held several global and European senior management roles in FCA Group, GE Capital, GE Corporate and GE International and is currently President and CEO of Neuranix. Tom Vermassen
Partner Business Planning, Execution & Control
Based near Antwerp - Belgium, Tom specialises in business development, financial engineering & planning, corporate finance and overal strategic management. During his career Tom has been senior manager, director and board member of companies such as Fortis, Accenture and AXA. Tom also obtained an MBA at INSEAD. To read more about Tom, click here.
Cinzia Cravagna
Partner Business Organisation & Administration
Based in Treviso - Italy, Cinzia brings financial know-how and expertise in company audits, restructuring, business plan implementations and implementing company law. Cinzia gained her expertise in Deloitte & Touche (ex Arthur Andersen) and as partner of C&P Advisory. Currently she runs her own consultancy company. To read more about Cinzia, click here.
